Badminton is a great sport to help improve your mental and physical health.
Floor curling is an inclusive curling experience for people of all ages and abilities. It provides a social and inclusive curling experience that does not require ice. Floor curling can be played on any smooth, flat surface and is a game that requires strategy, communication, teamwork, and precision.
Tuesday afternoons join Carrie for Fitness Drumming at 1pm. This is an exciting workout consisting of drumming on exercise balls to the beat of the music. This is enjoyed by people of all ages.
Join us for strength training circuit class. This fun new program uses various fitness equipment (free weights, exercise bands, etc.) to help build strength and increase endurance. The program is suitable for all fitness levels.
Class includes meditation standing and sitting, a manual is available for $10. The class can be strenuous.
Laughter Yoga is an exercise program where anyone can laugh without relying on humour or jokes. It is practiced in more than 110 countries. It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques which brings more oxygen to our body and brain making us feel more energetic and healthy.

Cards and games are played every week day from 1pm to 4pm. Come play with friends, learn a new game and enjoy an afternoon of fun. The most common card game played here at the Centre is Canasta! Other games include euchre, crib and much more!
Bingo is back! Bring your friends and play for prizes of no cash value. Concession is available. There is no charge and no monetary winnings.
Bring your thread and needles and enjoy crafting with friends.
Bring in your craft, have coffee and visit. Everyone is welcome.
Pancake Breakfast is back! Join us for a delicious meal of pancakes and sausage. All proceeds go to our Meals on Wheels program.
Get together once a month to make either cottage cheese or potato/ cheddar perogies. We are always looking for volunteers to join us and help with rolling, pinching, scooping, and boiling.
