Please keep in mind that our rentals are "bare bones" because we are a nonprofit organization that offers daily activities and events for residents of Steinbach and the surrounding region.

A supervisor representing Pat Porter Active Living Centre will be on-site for all rentals.
Upon booking, a Rental Contract will be issued. It will state when the damage deposit and rental fees are due. The damage deposit will be returned to you if the facility is left as it was found after your event within 4-6 weeks.
Payment is due 1 week in advance. Payable to Serving Seniors Inc.

It has a stage with an integrated sound system and a pair of audio/video large projection screens. Liquor permits are permitted, and we provide a portable bar to meet your needs.
Features an operational electric fireplace across one corner of the room. This room is usually booked for showers, family gatherings, workshops, seminars, birthday parties and meetings.
